What it is
The Long Table is one table for six, and the point is how you sit. Chef night is who cooks. This night is the table itself: family-style, at dusk, the boat as the room. Flowers, linen, a slow dinner. Birthday or reunion, if that is why you came. It is an add-on to a stay.
On this boat
This is concept staging, not a booking. Six guests. Evening. A hired, licensed 6-pack captain stays aboard. Crew sleeps in a closed cabin. Ports are West Ocean City or Cape May.
One table, set family-style, as the light falls. You sit together. Dinner does not course out like a restaurant. There are no bookable dates yet. Leave a note if this is the evening you would add.
What it is not
This is not a restaurant brand. It is not a tasting menu, and it is not chef night. Chef night is who cooks. The Long Table is how you sit. The boat is the room because that is the company you brought.
