What it is
One galley. One table.
A private chef night is dinner for six on this boat. You fill a preference sheet. There is one galley and one table. The cook preps ashore and finishes when the hull settles. If the catch is legal, it can go on the plate. This is an add-on to a stay, not a restaurant you can book tonight. The stay is the product. This is the table, if you want it.
On this boat
How it runs.
This is concept staging, not a reservation. Six guests. Evening only. A hired, licensed 6-pack captain stays aboard. Crew sleeps in a closed cabin. Ports are West Ocean City or Cape May.
The chef works from a preference sheet, preps on land, and finishes in the galley once the boat is quiet. One table. Catch on the plate only when it is legal. There are no bookable dates yet. Leave a note if you want this on a future stay.
What it is not
Not a celebrity chef.
This is not a celebrity chef. There is no famous name on the door and no tasting menu built to be photographed. It is not a twelve-course canyon tasting. It is not a restaurant brand, and it is not a reservation you can make tonight.
